3. Third-Party Cookies

We load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google may set cookies or collect limited technical data as part of this service. We have enabled font caching to minimise unnecessary requests. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Our AI assistant uses the Google Gemini API. This is a server-to-server call — no cookies are set on your device, but messages you send to the AI are transmitted to Google's servers. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4, measurement ID G-B6HD9DLEL9) on our public marketing pages (homepage, landing pages, and blog). GA4 collects anonymised usage data — pages visited, approximate location, device type — to help us understand how people find and use the site. GA4 data is not linked to your PaddockMateIQ account, is not used to serve advertising, and is not shared with advertisers. See Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles this data. GA4 is not loaded on authenticated app pages (anything under /app/, /auth/, or /admin/).

We do not use Facebook Pixel or any other advertising or behavioural tracking cookies.

4. Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling essential cookies (particularly PHPSESSID) will prevent you from logging in to PaddockMateIQ.

How to manage cookies in common browsers:

• Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
• Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
• Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
• Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data

You can also delete all cookies for our site at any time. You will be logged out when you do so.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The most current version is always at paddockmateiq.com/legal/cookies.html.
